I look for fun, flirtatious, out going, open minded and playful people. You have to appreciate that you are an actress. Every time you answer the phone you are faced with a new story – a new desire. You need to adapt to any fantasy at anytime. You must also realize this is not your fantasy but theirs. Give them what they want and treat them like gold.
How much money can I make?
This depends on you! I have some people who barley work 40 hours a week and take home $800-$900. You have to keep in mind; I bring you the calls, but you make the calls. It’s your personality and spirit that ultimately determine the length of time and frequency that your customers return.
Yes. We can only use PSO’s with prior experience.
What countries will you accept PSO’s from
Currently only the US and Canada. However direct deposit payments will not work for Canadians. Alternative payment methods will need to be worked out.
Our pay period starts 12 am EST Sunday to 11:59 pm Saturday. We only do ACH (direct deposit to your bank account or loadable bankcard) payments. By Wednesday, you are paid for the previous weeks calls. With the exception of bank holidays, you should receive the funds in your account the following day.
No. If a customer does not pay us, you will not be held accountable for this. You will be paid for all calls that you perform, with the exception of complaints. If a customer has a legitimate complaint about the quality of your call, he will be credited and you will not be paid for that call. This should hot happen, however, in the event it does, you will receive a personal call from me to discuss the call. We do record all calls just for this purpose.
The pay varies based on the length of the call. The rates are as follows:

This is when a caller specifically requests you by either your personal extension number or by selection you after hearing your system greeting.
When your account is created, you will have access the PSO website which has your real-time stats and other notices, helpful hints, etc.
You will be charged $4. I do not wish to take $4 from you. I do this to deter you from missing calls. This is bad for business and leaves customers dissatisfied with my company. If you can’t work, sign off!
Yes. You are given a toll free number with a unique four-digit extension. When a customer joins via your marketing efforts, you will receive 20% of all the money they spend even if you don’t personally speak with them. If you do speak with them you also get paid the per-minute rate too.
Is this a trolling company?
No, we do all of the advertising and send you the calls. However, as mentioned above, we do offer you the ability to greatly increase your income by paying you 20% of any new customer you bring to us.
This has a lot to do with you. If your are audition is approved you will need to complete the one-page registration and provide a legible photo ID. The quicker I get all of this, the sooner you will be working. I don’t review auditions on the weekend either, so depending on the day it is received, it could take up to a week.
I do not need your name or phone number, I already have that. Leave the recording as if you were speaking to an actual customer. Show me some personality; show me that you are fun. When you call in, I propose a scenario to you and ask you ask that you respond to that.
No, we do not have schedules. I only ask that in the 7 day pay period that you log in at least 20 hours per week. Remember, a consistent schedule will result in a good following of customers. Our customers are 90% repeat callers; they get comfortable with one person and really establish a good relationship with you, which result in a good paycheck at the end of the week.
In the old days phone sex was only advertised in magazines and newspapers. Those days are gone. The Internet is now a major source of our advertising and consequently we need to have a major internet presence. You will be required to create a profile with images, a blog and correspond with customers via email on our website. This is our way of staying in touch with the customer so they return often. Once your complete account is created and you are given a User code and Passcode, you will see a more detailed description on the website. Here is a brief description of its key components.
Profile: is a text description of your online personality including your likes and dislikes
Photos: First off, we don’t allow any nudity. Secondly, I realize most of you will not want your real photo on the site and this is not a problem. There are ways around this. A picture of a girl in a skirt from behind or even just a set of legs is one such example. Additionally, there are many places that sell amateur photos for just a couple of dollars a piece.
Blogs: Blogs are just an online diary. They can be about anything from a memorable vacation to a recent shopping excursion to a night out on the town with your friends to a sexual experience, or even a good joke. Anything that guys can read to keep then interested in you will do. You are required at least one blog a month. However the more you create and the more active you are on the site, the more likely you will build a base or solid repeating customers.
Emails: Sharing emails with customers is the best way to keep in touch. Just as you share emails with your friends and work colleagues, you can share similar emails with customers. You can send them pictures, videos, jokes or political commentaries to keep them in your ‘friend’ loop. Of course a personal email thanking them for a call will go a long way too. All emails are done through our website, your personal email will never be revealed to customers.
Do you have hold times?
No, we do not believe in “bleeding” ustomers of every dime, nor do we believe in penalizing our PSO’s if they have short calls. Our Motto is “give them what they want, make them happy, no matter how long it takes – and they’ll come back”. Our customers are not dumb; they know when they are being bilked out of money. We believe we all will make more from a good repeating customer.
No. You choose who you are and what you look like, you choose your pictures; it’s all about you and who you wish to be. On a very important note, whomever you choose to be you need to be consistent. Do not tell a customer you have blonde hair and blue eyes today, and tomorrow you say you are an African American. My customers like honesty, they want to really believe in you and who you say you are, you are their fantasy, so don’t ruin it.
